Becoming more beautiful is not just something aesthetic but also a way of life for some people and it can be really depressing once you start losing that youth and beauty that you once had.
I've been reading a lot of reviews about this issue and most of the time they sound like commercials for some kind of product for skin-care and anti-aging.
It is true that one of the most popular ways to look beautiful and young is through the use of a good skin-care / anti-aging product, which most people do, but it is not the only way.
And i'm sure many of you have noticed that not all people age the same way and at the same time.
Of course some of us are younger while others are older but if 2 people are the same age they will not look just as old.
While growing older is a part of life, a natural process, this can be influenced by many things such as genetics, external and also internal factors, etc.
What are these factors? Well for example the life we lead, how we live it.
Do you often go outside and stay a lot of time in the sun, exposing your skin to it?
If you do you will most likely age faster, prematurely, becuase the sun's light contains ultraviolet light that damages the skin and dries it.
There are sunscreens with SPF, whcih stands for sun protection factor and can protect your skin from such damage.
THis is just one example as there are many others.
ANother one would be stress and depression.
Stress at work or at home or anywhere can lead to premature aging and can be the factor that influences wrinkles, fine lines, dark circles, fluffy eyes, etc.
And of course what we eat influences not only our general health but also our skin and our youth.
A healthy and active life will keep you young for longer, and also healthier, obviously.
Normally such problems like wrinkles and fine lines and many others appear around the age of 30, in general, but even then they are minimal.
If you find yourself having bigger problems with wrinkles and fine lines, etc. at 30 or younger than you're perhaps a stressed person, depressed, you expose yourself to damage from the outside such as sunlight, toxins, free radicals, etc.
