The two sides of aging that you may want to know

There are two sides of aging, or two sides of slowing down aging if you will, and both can be done by everyone.
Aging, as we all already know, can be only slowed down temporarily through certain means.
The first means and probably the most popular, are through the use of scientific ways, such as using certain lotions and creams.
of course, there are also surgeries and laser or chemical peel of the layers of the skin.
This is what most people do when they start to age and wrinkles and fine lines appear on their faces, which draw unwanted attention.

Surgeries, botox injections, laser/chemical peel or simple creams/lotions offer quick results through easy means.
Some work faster while others slower, some possess certain risks while others do not, some are more expensive than others, etc.
Skin-care lotions for example, provide the user with multiple effects such as exfoliation of the skin, enhancement of the elastin and/opr collagen within the skin.
They contain proteins and vitamins, as well as anti-oxidants for the protection of the skin from certain enviromental harmful factors and also for better healing capabilities.

Some skin-care product offer sun protection factors which means they can protect the skin from overexposure to the sun's ultraviolet rays which the human eye cannot see but these UV lights harm the skin cells and cause dehydration and dryness of the skin, thus harming it and slowing down the production of collagen within the skin.

Botox injections is another popular process that some people choose to do in order to get rid of those ugly signs of aging on their skin.
Botox is actually a very toxic substance, one of the most deadly chemicals on earth, but used in small doses it can be harmless.
It is injected into the muscles of the face in order to relax and strenghten them, plumping the skin and giving back elasticity, making wrinkles and fine lines less visible.
The effects are temporary, of course, and it can sting a bit, or worse depending on the skin type or any allergy.

The 2nd means are the natural ones, through leading a healthy lifestyle, eating healthy foods, exercising, getting the rest the body needs and deserves, etc.
Stress, being too tired, spending too much time working puts strain on the body and causes the appearance of wrinkles and fine lines, undereye dark circles, puffy/baggy eyes.
Also not eating healthy foods wil not give the skin the precious nutrients it needs to stay healthy and young.
Exercising, running, etc. keeps the body in shape and improves blood/liquid circulation and prevents the appearance of baggy/swollen undereye areas.
